While weeding through piles and piles of information about personal finance, it occurred to us that there are basically only two ways to change your financial circumstances -- Either you increase the amount of money coming in. Or, you decrease the amount of money going out.  It's all common sense, when you really think about it. But sometimes, we get so caught up in our daily routine that we forget the basics and miss out on some serious savings, and opportunities to bring in a little extra spending cash.
